Catalytic Crust is the busiest kitchen in the Vent District. The oven plumbs straight into a primary-exchanger bleed line — wildly off-spec, technically a House Vale safety violation, and in practice tolerated because the Vales never come down to Corridor 9. The crust chars in fourteen seconds; the kitchen runs full-throttle for sixteen hours a day.
