What this is
NBC is one continuous animated story, told as music. Every release is an anime music video — twenty-two beats long, three minutes and twenty-nine seconds, locked to the same climax architecture. We never cut into the story for an interview, a recap, or a making-of. The broadcast is the story.
Behind the broadcast is a working production studio: a moodboard, a world bible, a render pipeline, and a roster of houses, cities, and characters with names that show up on the same lapel pins we sell at the Shop. Everything you see on the screen exists somewhere in the Codex.
Chroma Colony, briefly
The colony was built to outlast the failure of the inner system. It runs on artificial sun, a Catalytic Spire at its apex, and a lower deck called the Promenade where people drink and fall in love and carry tabs they can't repay. The Spire keeps a book — the Ledger — and what's written in it is the only thing that's ever truly law.
The 22 beats
Every NBC broadcast is structured as twenty-two beats, each one its own animated frame, scored to a single song. Beats 11 through 22 are shipped as part of Drop 002 · Inheritance, which anchors the current cycle of the show. The audio runs 209.52 seconds — three minutes, twenty-nine seconds, and change — with a drop at the twenty-second mark and a final payoff at three minutes flat.
- Beat 11 — Promenade · Sphere Bar, low gravity
- Beat 18 — Jade · the pilot does not blink
- Beat 23 — Inheritance · Nadia returns through the orchard gate
- Beat 26 — Climax · the chapel fires the chain
- Beat 32 — Ledger · Mira opens the book
The full prompt sheets, instrumental stems, and reference frames for every beat ship to Elite tier members on the cycle they go live.
Who makes this
NBC is a small in-house studio operating out of two cities and a Discord server. The director sits on the Hab-Dome 7 side; concept and storyboard work is run through MidJourney; animation through Seedance and Runway; final composition in Remotion; and the music is original — written, produced, and tracked beat by beat to lock with the broadcast.
The studio's pipeline is documented inside the membership; the world is documented inside the Codex. Both are kept intentionally lean so they can keep moving.
