Shipping & Fulfillment
How long does shipping take?
US orders ship in 5–7 cycles (working days). EU is 7–12. Rest of world is 10–18. Every order ships from our Fourthwall fulfillment partner — you get a tracking number the moment it leaves the warehouse.
Where do you ship from?
Apparel ships from Hab-Dome 7 (Texas, USA). Print orders ship from Fourthwall's closest regional facility — usually Texas for North America, the Netherlands for Europe.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 70+ countries through Fourthwall. International customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.
My tracking hasn't updated.
It can take 48–72 hours after we mark an order shipped before the carrier scans it in. If it's been longer than 5 cycles since we shipped and there's no update, write to /contact and we'll chase it down.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Apparel and accessories are returnable within 30 cycles of delivery, unworn, in original packaging. Print and archive editions are final-sale because they're produced per-order. Membership tiers cancel anytime and stop billing — no refunds for partial months.
My order arrived damaged.
Ship us a photo via /contact within 7 cycles of delivery and we replace it on our dime. Same for printing defects (off-center kiss-cuts, color drift, etc.).
How do I exchange a size?
Open /contact with your order number and the size you actually want. We send a return label, then drop the new size on the next available print run. If your size is sold out, we refund.
Sizing & Fit
Do your tees run small?
Our drop fit (House Vale Capsule, Drop 002) runs true to size with a slightly boxy chest. Order your normal size if you like a clean drape; size up if you wear oversize.
Are your hoodies unisex?
Yes. The block colors are dark heather, jade, and washed magenta. They're cut roomy in the body and short in the sleeve — go with your usual size.
Where can I find a size chart?
Every product page on /shop has a size chart in the dropdown — Fourthwall keeps it canonical because they print it. If a measurement isn't listed, write to /contact and we'll measure one ourselves.
Membership Tiers
How do tiers work?
Signal is free — Discord, the weekly newsletter, lore access. Citizen ($4.99/mo) adds the full video series. Elite ($14.99/mo) adds prompt sheets, stems, and the production vault. System Lord ($49.99/mo) adds quarterly sweepstakes and a name in the credits. Cancel anytime.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes — switch up at any time and we prorate the upgrade. Switching down takes effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your tier through the end of the billing period and then drop back to Signal. We don't lock anything you've already downloaded — those files are yours.
Do members get drop discounts?
Citizen and above get a 24-hour early-access window on every drop. Elite gets 10% off all merch. System Lord gets 20% plus first-look on capsule pieces.
The Codex & Lore
Is the Codex canon?
Yes. Everything in the Codex is locked to the world bible we use to write the show. If a Codex entry contradicts a frame in the broadcast, the entry is wrong and we'll fix it.
Can I contribute lore?
Not directly — canon stays in-house. But Elite members get a "Field Notes" channel in Discord where reader-submitted theories sometimes get adopted into the bible if they're strong enough.
Are some entries gated?
Yes. Sections marked "Restricted" require Citizen or higher. The framing is in-fiction — the Spire keeps things locked from the public roll until you're on the Ledger.
Site & Account
Why didn't my login email arrive?
Check spam, then open /contact. We'll resend manually. Logins go through a magic-link system — no password to forget, but also no fallback if it gets filtered.
A page is broken.
Send the URL and a screenshot to /contact. We're a small team — bug reports actually get read and fixed, usually within a cycle.
Is this open source?
The site is built on Next.js with a Vercel/Shopify base layer. Our code is closed for now — the show pays the bills. We may open select tooling in the future.
