01 · The plain-English version
We try to collect as little as we can get away with. We use a commerce partner for storefront checkout, Stripe for paid memberships, Mux for member video, and Supabase to remember your tier. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
If you want a copy of what we have on you, or you want it deleted, write to contact and we'll make it happen within thirty days.
02 · What we collect
Account & membership
- Email address (so we can sign you in and send drop alerts)
- Name & tier level (so the right pages unlock)
- Stripe customer ID (Stripe holds the card; we never see it)
Storefront orders
- Shipping address, order line items, and order total — handled by our commerce partner on their checkout domain
- We receive an order confirmation but never the payment instrument
Site analytics
- Pages viewed, referrer, broad geography (country / region), device class
- Aggregate, anonymized — never tied back to your account
03 · How we use it
We use your data only to:
- Operate the site, deliver orders, and keep your membership active
- Send transactional email (order confirmations, member-tier changes)
- Send broadcast email if you opted in — easy unsubscribe in every message
- Improve the show and the site by looking at aggregate analytics
We do not use your data to train any external model.
04 · Who we share with
Each provider above runs under their own privacy policy and a data processing agreement with us. We do not share or sell data with any party not listed here.
05 · Cookies & tracking
We set a small set of first-party cookies for sign-in, cart state, and analytics consent. We do not set cross-site advertising cookies. You can clear cookies at any time and the site will still work.
06 · Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR / CCPA / similar), you have the right to access the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to export it, and opt out of any non-essential processing.
Open contact with the subject line "Privacy Request" and we'll handle it within thirty days.
07 · How long we keep it
- Account data — until you ask us to delete it (or 24 months after last activity)
- Order data — 7 years (tax law)
- Analytics — aggregated only, kept indefinitely; raw event data purged after 14 months

Privacy questions go to contact with subject "Privacy". We answer all privacy mail personally — usually within three working days.
This policy is written for clarity, not as legal armor. Where local law gives you more protection than what we describe here, that law wins.
